Computer Geeks Website Terms & Conditions

Computer Geeks endeavour to complete all website projects in a timely fashion – this includes a mutual understanding between “the client” (you) and “the supplier” (Computer Geeks) to maintain key deadlines and any pre-agreed time constraints.

To avoid delays, we require the following from the client:

  • Quick responses to communications, particularly feedback and content requests by email.
  • Content to be provided in full as requested.
  • Content provided by the client must adhere to the specifications as mutually agreed by the client and the supplier.
  • The client must inform Computer Geeks of any delays or potential delays to the project at the earliest possibility.
  • Full payment for the website must be received within the payment terms of the invoice.

Failure to meet these requirements may lead to project suspension or eventual termination.

Suspended projects will be resumed in the next available slot in the Computer Geeks Web Schedule. To resume a project, Computer Geeks must be satisfied that no further delays will be incurred.

The client may at any time request their project be placed on hold. This must be submitted in writing. A project can be placed on hold for up to 3 months. After 3 months Computer Geeks reserves the right to deem the project terminated and withhold repayment.

A terminated project is not subject to refund and Computer Geeks may withhold the full sum to cover the development costs to date. Termination of a project will only occur in cases where the client fails to provide suitable grounds or advanced warning for project delays, or consistently fails to respond to communications from Computer Geeks.
